# Warden — the accountability layer for the AI workforce

Warden is the European register where companies record their AI agents,
assign mandates, log every action, and produce the EU AI Act dossier the law
will ask for. On August 2, 2026 the EU AI Act starts enforcing transparency,
GPAI, AI literacy, and governance obligations.

## What Warden is

- A multi-surface compliance and governance platform for the AI workforce,
  the same shape Vanta has for SOC 2: dashboard, REST API, MCP server,
  public artifacts (Glass Workforce, Agent Passports, trust pages), webhooks,
  email lifecycle, AI Act dossier export.
- Built for the 20-500 FTE European mid-market. Microsoft Agent 365 and
  Workday ASOR cover enterprise. Warden covers everyone else.

## What Warden is not

- Not a SOC 2 compliance tool. Stay AI-only — Vanta and Drata own that lane.
- Not a bias / fairness testing suite. Holistic AI's lane.
- Not a conformity-assessment notified body.

## Accountability

We are customer number one. FlowVolt runs its operation on a team of twelve
agents, governed by Warden. The Glass Workforce page reads directly from the
same database the agents work on. We omit content. We do not omit
accountability.
